Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Keep Track, a School Management System developed by Feline Inc. for Liberian high schools. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
Eligibility and Registration
- Verified Institutions: Only schools holding valid registration certificates issued by the Liberian Ministry of Education may use our services
- Account Responsibility: Schools are responsible for all activities conducted under their institutional account
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts of institutions found to be operating fraudulently or in violation of Liberian education laws
Service Usage
- License Grant: Feline Inc. grants registered schools a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keep Track for their internal operations
- Prohibited Activities: Schools may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
- Disrupt service operations or infrastructure
Data Management
- Ownership: Schools retain full ownership of all institutional data uploaded to Keep Track
- Data Export: Schools may export their data at any time using our provided tools
- Deletion Protocol: Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days with complete data eradication from our systems
Financial Terms
- Subscription Fees: Service fees are billed annually and based on student enrollment tiers
- Renewals: Services auto-renew unless canceled 30 days before subscription expiration
- Refunds: Prorated refunds are available for mid-term cancellations with valid justification
Liability and Disclaimers
- Service Availability: We guarantee 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance
- Consequential Damages: Feline Inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions
- Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify services with 60 days notice to registered schools
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Liberia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monrovia.
