Privacy Policy

At Keep Track, developed by Feline Inc., we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your school data. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, protection, and usage for our School Management System in Liberia.

Data Isolation and Confidentiality

  • Strict Data Segregation: Each school's data is completely isolated from other institutions using our platform. There is no shared access between schools.
  • No Data Commercialization: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your school's data to third parties. Your information remains exclusively within our secured ecosystem.
  • Data Ownership: Schools maintain full ownership of their data and can download complete datasets at any time through our export tools.

Security Measures

  • Distributed Infrastructure: We utilize distributed servers with weekly backups to ensure no single point of failure exists in our system.
  • Industry-Standard Protections: Our security measures include encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Our security team proactively monitors systems 24/7 to detect and prevent unauthorized access.

Data Breach Protocol

While we maintain robust protections to minimize risks:

  • In the unlikely event of a data breach, we assume full responsibility and will immediately notify affected schools
  • Our team will work tirelessly to contain the breach and restore system integrity
  • We provide full cooperation with authorities and affected institutions during incident resolution

School Responsibilities

  • Schools must maintain valid registration with the Liberian Ministry of Education
  • Institutions are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials
  • Any fraudulent activity or violation of Liberian education regulations must be reported immediately
